About the Study: This study is being conducted by Central Church of the Nazarene for the purpose of informing the development of small group ministry in the church. 

Risks and Discomfort: This survey is anonymous, and there are no known risks to participants.

Benefits: Your participation will provide the Central Church of the Nazarene with information necessary for the development of small group ministry.

Confidentiality: This survey is anonymous in order to encourage honest responses and remove any concern of being individually identified.
